We promise this as „delisenza“ is made by „Dr. Karg Glutenfrei GmbH”. Especially important for food low in allergens and free from gluten: It has to be delicious!
The specialist for high-quality crispbread, DR. KARG – Bread of Distinction, stands for extraordinary deliciousness worldwide. Our passion for crispbread plus our appreciation of the demand for special products inspired us to meet the challenge of creating the best treat which has low allergens and no gluten. Honestly, we have not found one true crispbread free from gluten which is as good tasting as ours.
The birth of “delisenza” with “Natural“, “Emmental“ and “Quinoa“ was at the beginning of 2009 and marked the start of a whole new concept of developing delicious crispbread free from gluten.
A new production site has been constructed, strictly separated from our regular crispbread production site and our traditional bakery, the “Fränkische Dorfbäckerei KARG”. But we kept the love and passion for our products.
Our promise is to produce “delicious crispbread low in allergens and free from gluten” with out-standing quality and manufactured in the utmost safety. Of course, this promise can only be kept with the support of highly qualified and motivated staff. Our team consists of well-trained professionals, ranging from the master baker to the laboratory staff. Everybody fully uses their skills, knowledge and experience to fulfill our high quality demands.
The “Deutsche Zöliakie Gesellschaft” allows us the use of the symbol for gluten free products and its use is controlled under stricter rules than EU law on celiac products. In February 2010 we achieved the »Higher Level« in the IFS-certification (International Food Standard).
